Lunesdale Rock Rose (a.k.a. "Roxy") is a beautiful solid black mare with a super quiet disposition like her dam, Sleddale Wild Rose (above). She is very true-to-type -- solid jet black with good bone and conformation, lots of feather and a long "double" mane. Roxy and her dam were raised in a semi-feral Fell pony herd in Cumbria, before both were imported for our breeding program in 2002. Roxy had her first foal here at age 4 - a gorgeous solid black filly - and we look forward to more beautiful foals from her in the future. For more information, contact us.
